Very helpful friendly salesman ( store manager)

My wife and I actually bought the mattress topper on behalf of our daughter, Mrs Tracy Donaldson, using her credit card. She has just come out of hospital following brain problems, and will be spending a lot of time in her spare bed, which has a hard mattress on it, for the next month or so. So whilst her husband remains in the marital bed, Tracy needs the extra comfort a mattress topper can afford. We searched around and compared prices before deciding on dreams was the best value for money. Including quality. Danielle, the lady who served us could not have been more helpful.

We were given great advice , good service but didn't feel pressured into a purchase .

The two people thst helped us, Danielle and Tony V. were both extremely, courteous, helpful and very professional. The process was not rushed at all and everything was explained fully.

Tony R the assistant was very knowledgeable, patient and not pushy at all. He explained all the pluses and minuses without leading us to one particular product.

The staff were really helpful, but didn't pester us or seem too pushy. They let us browse at oiur own speed but were available to ask questions to. The answers and help they gave us were both great.

My visit to dreams was a very friendly one Danielle the assistant who helped my husband & I was very helpful & very pleasant, she give us all the information we needed about what we wanted to buy.

I very much dislike being pounced upon by sales staff the moment I enter a store. On this occasion I was aware that the sales assistant (Tony R) had placed himself in a position nearby to where my wife and I were looking at a high quality mattress and the moment I needed his advice I just looked towards him and he came directly over. He was extremely polite and very knowledgable about the product we were interested in. Neither of us felt under any obligation to purchase the item as a result of a pressurised sales technique. Tony was very happy to show us the different models of the brand we were looking at and gave us plenty of time to try the mattresses out for comfort. As a result of the treatment we recieved from the moment we walked into the store, we ended up purchasing the very best mattress in the range that wasn't actually on display in store. I think this alone speaks volumes for the experience we had, not just on this occasion but also when purchased our original mattress from Dreams many years before. I am sure we will continue to be a customer of Dreams whenever we need bedding products.

SOME OF THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS I HAVE SEEN IN A VERY LONG TIME. THE MANAGER WAS GREAT IN HELPING ME SELECET WHAT I NEEDED, AND THE STAFF EVEN MANAGED TO SELL ME THINGS I SAID NO TO, THEY WERE CHEERFUL AND SEEMED HAPPY IN THEIR JOBS. I LOOK AFTER OVER 200 STAFF, SO BELEIVE ME WHEN I SAY A REAL CREDIT.
