I really appreciated the no push sales and that the staff took note of you when you entered the store but actually gave you time to have a look around the store before approaching to see if I needed assistance the COVID prevention procedures were very good and the member of staff did not pressure me at all for a sale after he had showed me my suggested selection and I left to continue looking for options. It was the great customer service product selection and non pushy sales that had me go back to the store and settle on my order after getting aggravated at other stores

Britney was incredibly helpful and spent a long time helping us find the right mattress for us. She gave us a number of options and was very knowledgeable

Having not purchased a new bed for the last 15 I was extremely out of my comfort zone The lady at the store in Stanway was so incredibly helpful in fulfilling my needs I ended up with not only the mattress that suited my comfort , but also a package that would fulfill any future problems with a wonderful insurance Thank you team Would highly recommend

Jamie the sales assistant took time to show us all the options available to us and to answer any questions we had. We felt he genuinely wanted us to make the choice which was best for us. As Jamie was new to store the manager Tony also checked to ensure we were given the correct information.
