The sales lady was very friendly and helpful. She answered all our questions and helped us to choose the right mattress.

TONY V ADVISED US REGARDING ALL THE DIFFERENT MATRESSES AVAILABLE, HE EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FOAM, MEMORY FOAM ETC, HE GAVE US TIME TO LOOK AND TRY BUT KEPT COMING BACK TO SEE HOW WE WERE DOING. HE GAVE GOOD HONEST EAYSY TO UNDERTAND ADVICE AS WE FOUND AS A COUPLE WE HAD A SLIGHT DIFFERNCE/ PREFERENCE TO THE HARDNESS OF THE MATRESS HE CAME UP WITH THE PERFECT OPTION TO SUIT US BOTH. THE OVERALL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. WE CAME AWAY FEELING VERY HAPPY WITH THE HELP AND ADVICE WE HAD BEEN GIVEN, WE FELT THIS WAS INPORTANT WHEN BUYING A MATRESS AS YOU NEED TO BE COMFORTABLE AND IT WAS AN EXPENSIVE THING TO BUY.

Nothing was too much for the store when helping us. They place was friendly and seemed a good place to work. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

The sales assistant, was very polite, helpful, & able to explain differences in mattress etc.

The sales men Tony V came and said hello and then allowed us time to look and decide what we wanted he was then able to offer us help on pricing and availability . It was a friendly non pressured service which is always good!

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable about all of the products, explaining the various benefits of each Bed/mattress as we progressed through our selection criteria, he then left us to discuss between my wife and myself our final decision, and only rejoining us when it was obvious that we wanted to make a purchase. One of our more enjoyable shopping experiences.

The manager of the store and other staff was very friendly to my wife and I. we was offered a cup of tea and a biscuit while the transaction was taking place. They was very informative about the products guarantees and there terms and conditions. It was a very pleasurable experience. we did look around at other suppliers and other Dreams Stores but due to their attendance to us both we returned to the Colchester store. many thanks to them all

The assistant that helped us was very polite and helpful, she did not come over to us straight away, letting us look around first, which was nice. She gave us some good advice helping us to make up our minds what it was that we wanted.
