The customer rep was clear, decisive and I had the strong impression he knew what he was talking about. He gave me some good advise which helped making choices a lot easier and has backed me up so far along the process, until the mattress arrives at its destination (my bedroom). Friendly, highly informative assistants. I did not feel pressured or uncomfortable whilst choosing a bed as I was expecting. We would definitely go back again.

We were greeted at the door by the store manager and assisted throughout. He allowed us time to look around for ourselves as well as being available if we had any questions. This was amazing as some places follow you the whole time. The sleep match machine was so helpful when it came to choosing our mattress and it took no time at all. We decided to leave the store to think about what bed frame we wanted and when we returned later on in the day he’d even remembered what mattress we had wanted, such great customer service. Was a really good experience!

I was impressed with the technology of selecting a mattres,and the knowledge of the assistant. Social distancing etc.

Do not normally shop for beds at dreams went into look. However bought a bed for spare room and I’m sure it will do the job re value and mattress when it arrives next week and await feed back from guests . Amanda at Colchester Dreams extremely helpful !

We had made an appointment & were greeted personally by the store manager. The store became really busy and he successfully managed multiple questions from his colleagues whilst still giving us excellent attention, keeping one eye on the door to make sure people were aware of the covid rules, always asking if we minded if he leave us for a couple of minutes while he assisted a colleague (while we were trying the mattresses recommended). His knowledge was excellent, really friendly and not pushy. He is a great asset to Dreams as we ended up purchasing a more expensive mattress than we had originally intended without any kind of pushiness from him!

The assistant was helpful, knowledgeable and not a pushy sales person. She made it an enjoyable process .

Tony the Store Manager at Colchester was great. He showed us the sleep machine and as a result we found the perfect mattress and under budget too. Tony was great!
