The friendly approach of general manager Tony and his team was exceptional. I was highly satisfied with the time they took to understand our needs, recommend suitable products and show us around the showroom. pointing out products that met those needs. I found the general experience a pleasure and the team in the store made me commence with the sale. I found it disappointing could not get the bed sooner and that I would be waiting a month before it could be delivered. We found it hard to understand what products were in the sale and which products were not. This was not because marketing was not in place but seemed to be no set sale items area. Please make prices clearer and do not state 20% off I don't carry a calculator when shopping just put big clear prices on products. Stop using up to 50% and better than half price, clear prices simple and clean. This mattress is £750 not £750 with 20% off, clear prices £600. I felt that the walk in a pick up mattress was great idea, but didn't use it as couldn't do the same with a selected bedframes to put them on. Lots of pillows, but why they were not with covers and bed sheets, duvets?

We were greeted politely on entering the store, had a chance to look around before the staff member (Tony) came over and asked if we needed any help. We then proceeded to place our order, being informed of any offers, deals etc that were readily available. Tony also talked us through the Protection Policy and its benefits, and a few different delivery options and dates. Very friendly staff and sound advice based on our personal needs and preferences
