I spoke with two employees at the Colchester store about purchasing a mattress and both were extremely friendly. I had the way products were laid out explained to be and from our short conversation, they were able to recommend a firmness of mattress for me; I felt confident to trust their recommendation.

My husband and I have never bought a mattress and we had no idea what we needed but we had assistance from a lady who was really friendly and felt like she went out of her way to explain everything to us. She definitely knew her stuff and could answer all of our many questions. She wasn't pushy - she just showed us mattresses in different price ranges that fitted the description we explained and it just so happened that we went for the most expensive one of the ones she showed us. Had it felt she was pushing the more expensive ones on us I am sure we would have been put off. Really impressed, would definitely recommend.
