The staff were very helpful in the tollgate branch, as we were not looking to buy a bed that day. They asvised that we could put a deposit down and have it delivered at a date to suit us, which swung us to do it that day.

In was not able to have the bed delivered straight away. the staff member was very helpful informing me that the bed could be stored for me until I was able to have it delivered. which I thought was great. we arranged a delivery time in a few weeks.

Friendly greeting but not pushy and Evan offered me a cup of tea which was a nice touch but I kindly declined

Tony assisted us initially. We were looking for a bedside cabinet to match a set of drawers we bought from dreams a few years back. We couldn't see it in the showroom and was about to leave when tony offered to look up our past order. However we described the style and he immediately knew which product it was. He got us to check in a brochure. When we confirmed it was correct he offered us a coffee and handed us over to his colleague Paul. Both were very friendly and helpful. This is a rarity these days and these men deserve a bonus! I bought a bed from here before and Tony served me then with the same helpful but not pushy service. I will definitely use the Tollgate Colchester store again.
