Dreams - Colchester

Tony V made us feel relaxed and he obviously had good knowledge in his store and products.

We were greeted by Friendly and helpful staff who pointed us in the right direction for what we needed. We weren't planning making a purchase that same day but felt the knowledgable sales staff helped us to realise we wouldn't get a better deal elsewhere so we took the plunge!

As I walked into Dreams I wasn't pounced on but had a short while to look at a few mattresses and beds. Sales advisor then came up we explained what we were looking for and she advised us of what there was on offer. I didn't feel we had to make a decision there and then and then we were also left to our own devises to try out mattresses and look around. Until we had more questions or had come to a decision.

Tony approached us first and was very friendly and knowledgable about the products All the staff seemed friendly and not to pushy or acting like robots Danielle took over and completed our sale with confidence and humour I must say I was totally satisfied with the shopping experience and from a retail management background myself I would even like to work for your company after the positive trip I had today

The product we wanted was available, the salesman price matched the price we had seen it at a couple weeks before.

we hadn't intended to purchase a matress that day and had been to sevral other stores to compare prices different types but when we were served he informed us lots of things the other stores didn;t which reassured us we were making the correct decision

The service and the manager we received was excellent and he definitely knew his job.

Tony was highly knowledgeable, patient and efficient

The guy in the shop was most helpful,excellent knowledge of the product and understood the needs for our back problems and the benefits from the Tempur product. Put no pressure on my wife and I and explained the product to the full.

Great assistance and staff knowledgeable about all products. Not pushy for a sale and couldn't ask for better
