Excellent friendly service, not pushy. Second time we have used Dreams --once Braintree and this time Colchester and in both stores the service is brilliant and has not deminished during the 5 year gap between visits.

Never too pushy but very friendly and welcoming - the free coffee was a nice touch. Very helpful - made sure we got the right combination of features we required for the bed, headboard and mattress. Oh, and the form-filling was made really easy. Looking forward to our smart and comfy new bed....
