The staff were willing to give us all the time we needed to make the right choice without being pressured. Staff made me aware of the elegability to claim back VAT as I am disabled. A very positive shopping experience. We had the time to actually lay on the mattresses and feel what a good nights sleep could be like. highly recommended.

We were greeted warmly as soon as we entered the store, offered tea or coffee. The selection and price range in the store was really impressive. The assistant who served us was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the particular sort of bed we were looking for. We were not rushed or pressurised into making a purchase and were able to take a lot of time deciding which bed was going to be suitable. Tony V, Store Manager, was extremely helpful. We did actually go into the Store on 1st April, but went back again this morning to make our purchase, which we are sure will be the right one.

I was served by Danielle each time I went into the store. I had made previous visits and every time Danielle answered my queries. That was the reason why I went back and made my purchase.

We were served mainly by Tony R who listened to our requirements and offered us practical advice in our during our first visit. He didn't pressure us into purchasing and was helpful when I rang back to enquire about a headboard and was helpful and efficient when we returned to purchase.

The employees were very helpful and friendly and understood our needs and assisted us to our decision.
