sales person was very helpful very experienced and pleasant

The sales assistant Rachel was very friendly. She allowed us to look around after she'd asked if we needed help. At no point did she put us under pressure but was there in the background when we needed to ask questions which she was able to answer.

Assistant was very knowledgeable as there were a lot of beds to choose from. He obviously knew his stuff and his product knowledge was excellent. Was a real credit to your organisation

The prices were very high, far higher than a mattress should be. Yvonne was very helpful and knowledgeable at the Colchester store

Once the costings on the signage was explained then it was clear but initially I thought thre purchase price was £150 when it turned out to be nearer £500. By this time both of my children had set their heart on the items.

I was highly satisfied with the customer service level provided within the store. The processing of the order and the delivery delay is what I was unsatisfied with.
