Disappointed with 3 weeks delivery

The temperature in the store was unbearably hot there was no ventilation at all, the sales assistant kindly gave us a bottle of water each to try to help, this needs to be reviewed asap. If it was a better temperature we would have stayed and looked around at other products.

Amanda provided an excellent customer experience and should be recognised for her professionalism - well done to her. I doubt we would have ordered a bed through Dreams without her sales input.

Items were in stock in your NDC but still have to wait a month for delivery, in this day and age an item that is in stock doesn’t take a month to be delivered, unless it is arriving by donkey 🤷🏼♂️

The staff were not overly friendly and we felt rushed as there was only 1 staff member per household
