The colleague who attended to us did not seems to have much knowledge of the products, they did not seem very interested in their work and they didn't actually ask us much in regards to what we wanted, they just showed us what they thought we might need. We didn't get time to actually look around the shops to explore other options we were shown a couple of beds and told what we could and couldn't have with them. We were also mislead about offers/prices making us change what we ordered all together without giving us much time to consider our options
