Highly satisfied would have been given if the store had a little more theme to it perhaps different light moods and bedroom designs to accompany the beds and mattresses. The store was plain but the staff and choices were very good.

I was disappointed with he fact that the stanway store didn't stock any black leather bedside cabinets to match the look of my black leather bed, I was told that dreams didn't stock these as they don't sell enough well my question is why show something at you can't buy?? This was stupidity at its finest as you could of had an extra hundred pound off me, instead you received £100 less well done

The service from Amanda was great, the only reason a Highly Satisfied wasn't given was due to some restraints on the mattresses we wanted to try out not being in store when we'd seen them online - but due to limited space in the shop we understood. Otherwise it was a great service in a timely and efficient manner.

I was led to believe the items were available in the store but then the delivery date given was four weeks later otherwise everything else was very good.

Very seldom answer highly satisfied to any survey but I was extremely happy with my experience at the Tollgate store. Tony was helpful without being pushy which I appreciated.

i saw the item i wanted on line but when i went to the store it was not available in the end went for another item but it worked out more expensive apart from this was quite happy with the service
