I would have liked to have seen more displays for the type of product i purchased

I attended the Colchester store on Saturday both were busy with customers, I had to interupt the man whilst he was with customers while they tried out a bed as I had twin babies with me who were getting restless (very hot in the store) the man was wonderful, polite, cheery and answered my question! He told the manager (other lady selling) what I wanted as I went to look in my own at mattresses. I selected myself as they was both busy! Had it not been for the man I’d probably walked out the store. The lady kindly gave us a bottle of water each.

Was given a delivery date of 2nd August then told this was just for the mattress and I'd have to wait upto 6 weeks for the bed

The whole buying a bed and finding the right type is confusing and some signage or booklet to explain options would be useful

The man that assisted us appeared to be a bit bored and not very interested. He was very knowledgeable but seemed to want to go as quickly as possible

When I recived my bed the mattress was damaged and when I tried to call the customer help line it was down.

Even though the staff were great, the bed I have chosen has a delivery wait of 5 weeks. This is now causing me to shop for a cheap bed for the spare room so I have something to sleep on for this time period.

I have since found out as both myself and wife suffer with back and shoulder complaints and visit osteopaths and chiropractors when placing an order for tempur products we should not have had to pay tax on the items. This should be a question that was asked at point of sale and we could have provided these details.

Price is always a major factor when buying a product. I was not offered the opportunity to spread the cost over a monthly plan. It was just accepted that I would buy outright.
