Dreams - Colchester

The experience in store was very good, the bed arrives the end of this week, looking forward to it to complete the experience.

Time length of delivery.

No complaints regarding the service and friendliness of the staff. However there is always room for improvement which is why I have not chosen Highly Satisfied.

The reason would be more historic than current. I previously bought a bed from the store and arranged/paid for it to be assembled only to discover when it was deliverd that there were no fixings and it could not be assembled and I did contact the store and ultimately have to visit the store to get some and then assemble myself. This experience was not great but have not allowed it to put me off this time and the purchase experience was very good and now awaiting delivery and very much hope all the parts and fixings are included. If it is then I may review my rating but at present want to make sure this is achieved first

Nothing wrong with the store. The range dreams has is poor in comparison to other stores like Harvey's they have the best range of everything. However due to my hate of harveys I will never spend there again so I had to find something similar elsewhere. That's the only reason you got my money plus the manager worked hard to get my custom.

Good helpfull assistant very friendly knowledgeable

I can’t bare the feel of velvet so the velvet pillowcases were torture to me, the plastic mattress displays at the end of the beds were annoying as they got in the way when laying on the mattress as they lean over the beds and I’ve got shorts legs, my husband who has long legs struggled even more. You couldn’t lay the side without the board as often the pillows on this side had a plastic slip sign over them.

Not really sure what I was looking for but the assistant very helpful in pointing certain things out.
