I was hoping for a bigger discount instead of being offered bedding etc

Not enough options of bed linen it would have been nice to buy our bed then leave the store with the whole package

I was disappointed to have to pay extra for assembling the bed

Store extremely busy with only 2 desks/computers to complete the order so had to wait a short while to process our order. Delivery time (nearly 1 month) longer than I thought it would be

Team were honest about products and listened to our needs. Despite being very busy they did their best to keep on top of who was coming and dealing with them

The sales man was very helpful in selecting the new mattress and type I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. He looked very smart and knew what he was talking about.

Just found the whole experience a bit clinical, staff were fine, products fine, can't fault service just found whole thing a bit disjointed.

I was satisfied with my experience atDreams.
