the assistant gave us sufficient information about the products to enable us to make our choice. The non pressure sales approach was very welcome

Tony the manager of the Colchester store is a credit to the Dreams Team. He is friendly & very knowledgeable about the products. He is a great salesmen, made us a cup of coffee & was not at all pushy in sales approach which is exactly why after looking around 2 other bed stores we returned to finally purchase from Tony V.

Sales person could be more helpful and friendly. Bought two matresses (£179 each). The sales person charged £479. We had to correct him. He seemed annoyed at something. Anyway...we got what we needed.

We purchased a Guest bed and asked if we could see the bed below up so we could see how strong it was, but unfortunately the salesman said he could not o that due to it being next to a couple of headboards that the manager had put there. He told us it was strong and that the legs lock in place. We ordered but I was going to wait until the manager was in as we assume it was his day off, but my husband needed to sort it there and then.

I was very happy with my order and have recently brought other items and im also happy with them. I put satisfied instead as i wasnt unhappy but neither was i overly excited about the experience.

The only confusing part I had with the whole of the process is that I was having calls confirming a delivery time period and receiving texts for different times. in the end I went with the telephone calls confirmation to make sure I was in.
