Dreams - Colchester

We knew exactly what we wanted so the colleague didn't have much to add for us but what she did she did well and in good time

i feel there is always room for improvement on any visit to any store and the guy was fantastic in accompanying our needs

We were Highly Satisfied with the attention provided by the sales assistant, Danielle. She was very attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and spent as much time with us as required. It was refreshing to deal with someone who seemed to keen to genuinely help. The only reason I've not selected highly satisfied in other areas is due to prices. There were promotions in place on this date and discounts but none that applied to Divan beds such as the one we purchased.

To be highly satisfied the beds/mattresses would have to be a lot cheaper!

Because half price sashes were on the beds but this was not the offer. We were informed this was "generic" but that is not how trading standards would view it as the offer shown on the bed should be the price you pay and the items were not half price. Generic offers are very misleading and this is why we did not rate highly satisfied.

We shopped on a Saturday so it was busy but we were seen by an assistant ok and once we had decided to purchase, we had to wait for a computer to go through the purchase as there were only two and both were in use.

Declined credit, finance company would not give a reason for declining.

Went into dreams after going to a different bed store where we were massively disappointed with the attitude of the staff there. On entering dreams Colchester tolgate we were meat by Octavia who was extremely helpful from the moment we arrived. She explained what would suit us best then left us to choose, she was extremely patient with our children also. She gave a s further assistance when we got confused and then processed our order quickly and promptly. She a a credit to your credit company. Ben and Katy Griggs
