i do not believe anything is perfect and that is why I gave an excellent rating.

All members of staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful, even though the store was very busy

The big problem was the delay of delivery. Placing an order on 7th January and waiting until 13th February for delivery is too long. A competitor in the area we had visited that morning was quoting a week for any mattress. Also when spending £1249 on a purchase I would expect the collection and disposal of the old one to be included within the price. I can understand an extra charge on lower priced purchases but not the higher range. It's all about an inclusive service within the price.

We was hoping for a better deal as buying both a bed and mattress, bearing in mind the time of year being post xmas and new year sales there was no discount on All mattresses only Silent night!

The sales person was very knowledgable and answered all our questions and managed to give us a good price on what we chose but felt as though we could of had a slightly better deal with delivery cost.

We went there knowing what we required. Staff were friendly and helpful . They dealt with our order efficiently.

We purchased our initial bed and mattress approx. 3 years ago and received good service at the time. However after approx. 2 years use the mattress developed a split in the memory foam layer. When we went back to advise the branch we were advised this was unusual and were asked if we had purchased the extra guarantee which we hadn't. Expecting the mattress to last longer than it had and as per your recent tv advert which advises you should replace your mattress every 8 years. Ours didn't even last half that time! As a goodwill gesture the Manager in Colchester we were given a foc 8 year guarantee worth approx £60 with the mattress we recently purchased. On hindsight we believe it should have been more.

I knew what I wanted after looking on the internet page.all I had to do was to ask for the item,which the assistant showed me and told me what was available .
