Prices could be lower

I would consider our visit to the store as just satisfied rather than highly dissatisfied because there is not that much difference between the two . And also I have yet to experience the item that I have purchased because of it not being delivered yet .

I expected the price for the item I was buying to be cheaper.

The store and the colleague were both good and helpful.

No reason to cause any concern, it was just busy so there was a bit of a wait, the computers were down and delivery is going to be longer than I'd hoped.

The derlivery time on your furniture 10 weeks Seem a very long time to wait

Rachel was very kind and explained every query that we had, otherwise we wouldst have purchases from Dreams. There was no sales push which I liked, and we hovered as long as we wanted, and Rachel was there when we needed her. Very good

Staff were friendly without being pushy, they were very knowledgeable and helpful encouraging to try all the matresses before we made a choice

It was just standard store needs revamping. Looking old and tired. There's no wow factor as you walk in. Other than the tv bed.

I would have looked at alternatives had I realised delivery would be 4 weeks. I originally asked some time ago about delivery periods and was informed 7-10 days. Perhaps it would have been better to source the type and search suppliers on line.
