Sales lady didnt hear we wanted a double not king size bed at first. She also was talking to a collegue for a while when we were trying to complete our order.

For what we wanted we were satisfied with the results

To be highly satisfied,(top mark), you would have to reduce the price offer free delivery and free disposal. My only criticism, these were initially unknown costs. not really shown on your website..

Good customer service in the shop. Didn't have to wait very long for the bed to be delivered, and the phone call before delivery on the day is very helpful in planning my day

The salesperson listened to my requirements, told me which products to look at and then left us to look at them and make a decision. I cannot bear salespeople who hover when I'm trying go shopping! Full marks to him. He knew when we had decided and was immediately there to take our order. Marvellous.

We arrived at the store and was allowed to browse without interruption. But, when we were being seen to by a store person, a colleague came up and needed to take the store person away to deal with the customer they saw before us. I thought that this was very unprofessional but did not complain as the store person apologised. I feel that the store person should have completed the sale with us before going back to to previous customer.

The staff could have been slightly more knowledgeable and smiled more. But overall a good service/experience.

was told when we arrived that likely hood would be I could have delivery before christmas but when I placed order I have to wait for 6th January delivery, also not happy with £19 delivery charge and being unable to collect item from store

Assistant could have been friendlier.

We haven't received our order yet (due tomorrow) so I don't feel able to say 'highly satisfied' until the completion of our purchase
