I was very satisfied with the service I received . The assistant was helpful and had full knowledge of the advice she gave us .was very happy with the service I received

Our first choice bed base was not available for delivery for 6 weeks so settled for a more expensive base as it was needed quickly

Your Staff were amazing especially Rachel however I drove to the shop on the understanding a specific delivery date was available but when I arrived and the order was processed the first available date was two week later than the date I was expecting.

Chose a mattress but the price and product info was not for that mattress. Bit misleading as it was £100 dearer. Also having to wait a month for delivery....Really?! I went to buy a bed. Excuse I needed a bed now, expected to wait about a week but 4 weeks, bit much!

Would have liked it available in less than 5 weeks

I was very satisfied, but at 6'4" I was disappointed that double beds are still only available in 6'3" length, unless you want to pay an absolute fortune. So, I ended up buying a replacement King Size mattress, and am really looking forward to receiving it on Friday. I really wanted to down size to a double as the 6" reduction in width would be helpful, so that was frustrating. The service I received couldn't have been more friendly and helpful though.

Was a quick trip getting what i needed. The staff was very helpful and knowledgable without being pushy.

The service I received was excellent and I am pleased with what I purchased. However, I also wanted to by sheets etc. and their was very limited stock available. Although I could find duvet covers & pillow cases, there were no fitted sheets at all in the size of the bed I had purchased. Also, although your colleague was knowledgeable and friendly, I did have to stand around for 15 minutes waiting for a computer to become available so your colleague could place my order.
