Initially too many variations over a wide area. Not enough information on show regarding matresses.

ONLY 2 STAFF (PROBABLY APPROPRIATE FOR A THURS A/NOON) JUST UNFORTUNATE 1 ASSISTANT NEEDED TO TEND TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER BEFORE BEING ABLE TO DISMANTLE DISPLAY BED WE WERE PURCHASING RESULTING IN US BEING LATE FOR A DOCTORS APPT.- OTHER COLLEAGUE SORTING OUR PAPERWORK/PAYMENT. UNAVOIDABLE SITUATION & STAFF DID BEST THEY COULD - VERY POLITE/HELPFUL/FRIENDLY.

Your staff well very helpful and knowledgable of the products. She was able understand our requirements and dealt with our transaction extremely well. We would have liked a little more options in your range of lower priced beds and mattresses, but a good experience.

Wasn't sure what I wanted and just wanted to browse without feeling pressured. My personal feeling I am fussy.

I had an idea of what I wanted and was to.d which products would meet my needs.

It was just fine - that's all. But good enough.

I have said I was satisfied - perhaps I would have been highly satisfied if the cost had been a little lower or all of the products were included in the advertised sale

The process of signing up took an age

The staff were very friendly and helpful but felt the sales person did not know the products very well because she had to ask her colleagues about the specs of the beds when I asked questions and I wasn't satisfied with some of the answers.

Happy with visit but bed shopping not that exciting!
