Felt a certain member of staff was too "salesman" like and used cliché comments about having discount to use before he goes away on holiday. The over the top salesman types can be quite annoying

I'm buying a product that has yet to be delivered yet, you are asking me to complete a questionnaire about...?? You are asking about the experience in store which I am able to provide but you are also asking me to rate the product that I have purchased that's not going to be delivered for another 2 weeks - I can't be 'Highly Satisfied' till perhaps a few weeks has passed once my product has been delivered and installed. Perhaps your questionnaire should be split as follows; Store service; Ordering / Problems etc Delivery; How did the team do delivering the product Product; How do you rate the product Aftersales; Any problems / queries resolved You already know the data about who, where and when THEN, you would receive feedback about the whole service rather than people just clicking N/A or great, great great.

The fact that there was a hidden delivery charge and also unlike other nearby stores was only offered 1 years guarantee for free where as the other stores offered 5 years

The person that served us was very knowledgeable in the product and our needs we were very happy with customer service we recieved.

Problem with the pricing of delivery/removal system - we were overcharged for the quoted service by £10. This was refunded later after we had pointed out the mistake.

The fact we were charged £18 for delivery and if we had walked outside and ordered online we would have got FREE delivery. Next time we shall enquire if there is a charge for delivery and if so we will leave the store and order online.

Told after ordering mattress that if exchanged it after trial period I would have to pay delivery fee, then when got home and read terms and conditions found out I could not cancel my order, only change it which I was not advised of at time of ordering. Very disappointed with lack of transparency. Staff member not very knowledgeable about mattress design etc.
