Told after ordering mattress that if exchanged it after trial period I would have to pay delivery fee, then when got home and read terms and conditions found out I could not cancel my order, only change it which I was not advised of at time of ordering. Very disappointed with lack of transparency. Staff member not very knowledgeable about mattress design etc.

I understand it was busy but as people were sitting happy drinking tea then i think someone should of spoken to me instead when i asked a question it was answered as he walked away. I wanted help choosing the right mattress for a child but i didnt receive any help

Staff knowledge of the new product was limited, and I was not informed I could apply for 0% finance until after I had paid for the item. I couldn't resolve this as had been informed no cancellations allowed.

Order placed on 16/01/2015 and delivery gown 21/02/2016 I think this is unacceptable

I was informed that the company offers an armed forces discount after the transaction had been completed and refered to customer services who as of yet have not responded to me over 48 hours later

Only 2 computer terminals in the whole store is ridiculous. Had to wait a long time just to place the order. Staff were very pleasant but were unable to process the orders any quicker and we just had to queue up and wait for available computer. We were almost at the point of walking out of the store. One of the computers was taken up by a couple who were organising finance, which in effect meant that there was only the one available for everyone else. There wasn't even anywhere to sit while we waited, though we were offered a cup of tea

Staff are crafty, more interested in taking your money. They don't come across honest in the Colchester Branch.
