Dreams - Colchester

Misleading information regarding delivery date. Poor guidance regarding finance application - resulted in 45 min delay and finally paying in full. Our purchase today felt like a chore and not a pleasurable experience - considering the financial investment and commitment (for the next decade) to our chosen bed.

I was completely satisfied with my experience at Dreams, I did click on the No button on the previous page but for some reason it brought up this box asking why I was not satisfied. The assistant Danielle was extremely knowledgable of all the products in store and was very helpful, friendly and professional and when it came to processing our order, very proficient and an easy transaction.

Placed the order for the goods got given today's date 23/08/16 but goods weren't delivered

Trying to get interest free credit from you is like trying to get blood out of a stone. Furniture Village gave us two years interest free on goods worth twice your mattress just by doing it online. They didn't want proof of anything. And even if they did, I bet it wouldn't just be fax or post that they accepted. Email would have been fine. We only just moved into our house and thanks to your incompetence as a company, we had to make five trips to your store, which took 20 mins to get there and then waited in your store an hour each time to be told we have to go home again! You guys are useless!

I was extremely satisfied. Staff were amazing and helpful. They had good product knowledge and were able to answer all question that we asked. They also gave us the right amount of time to try the beds out and then came to check we were ok. They were not at all pushy and the balance between trying to sell a product and allowing us to talk through what we wanted with out interference was perfect.
