I entered the store with a specific item and price in mind. Unable to find anything immediately i was offered assistance by Amanda who listened to my requirement and shew me a selection of mattresses which she explained that it was now possible to buy a mattress that can be rotated without having a hardboard base attached. Her help and knowledge led to my complete satisfaction and was pleased to arrange delivery and collection immediately . Thank you Amanda.
