Superb assistant who was extremely knowledgeable and helped my son choose a mattress. She didn't know he was autistic and he usually find shopping traumatic, but helped him with her calm, friendly, unfussy and professional manner. Thank you

The whole experience was a pleasure! You have clearly taken CoVID very seriously and put precautionary measures in place. Whilst we are all still getting used to the face masks, hand sanitisers etc, at no point was it to the detriment of the customer service I received. Amanda was warm, friendly and welcoming. She was knowledgeable, patient and is an asset to your team. I have already recommended Dreams to family members and friends.
