The whole experience was a pleasure! You have clearly taken CoVID very seriously and put precautionary measures in place. Whilst we are all still getting used to the face masks, hand sanitisers etc, at no point was it to the detriment of the customer service I received. Amanda was warm, friendly and welcoming. She was knowledgeable, patient and is an asset to your team. I have already recommended Dreams to family members and friends.

Amanda was very patient with my elderly father in law he’s 86 but very aware just not so agile. She dealt with any queries very well and spoke gently.
