Upon entering the store I was met with a friendly, highly professional assistant ( Louise), who immediately offered her help in pointing me in the right direction of my needs and clearly explained the procedure regarding the stores Covid 19 policies should I wish to try any of the products. I returned on a another trip to make my purchase. My purchase was made efficiently and all queries I had were answered with an excellent knowledge and understanding of the product and procedure of ordering and delivery of the item. The overall efficiency, friendliness and professionalism made the whole experience from browsing to ordering a very pleasant one.
