The staff member who served me was very knowledgeable about the products on sale. She was not 'pushy', but just generally helpful. I think that she had an in-depth knowledge of all the different types of mattresses for sale, and I was able to order one which (hopefully) is suitable for my significant health needs (severe lumbar spinal problems).
