The order of my new mattress ran smoothly and Louise the Sale assistant was very helpful and professional. Now all we have to do wait for the mattress to be delivered.....

We have been isolating during the last few weeks and were very anxious to go into a store. I went to the store myself on Friday 22 August were Amanda was very helpful and understanding . We went through my needs for a new mattress and base and I returned today to the store with my husband.On both visits have been most impressed with the helpfulness and Amanda,s knowledge of products. We felt very comfortable in the store and all the covid arrangements which have had to be put in made us feel safe and happy to shop in the store and would not hesitate to visit again. Well done Dreams for providing a very knowledgeable and caring staff in such trying and difficult times.
