Dreams - Colchester

We have been isolating during the last few weeks and were very anxious to go into a store. I went to the store myself on Friday 22 August were Amanda was very helpful and understanding . We went through my needs for a new mattress and base and I returned today to the store with my husband.On both visits have been most impressed with the helpfulness and Amanda,s knowledge of products. We felt very comfortable in the store and all the covid arrangements which have had to be put in made us feel safe and happy to shop in the store and would not hesitate to visit again. Well done Dreams for providing a very knowledgeable and caring staff in such trying and difficult times.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff gave me the information I needed to make a decision, as well as time and space to decide for myself.

I asked for a specific item and was directed straight to it. My questions were answered and the order was placed with ease. Staff were friendly helpful and it was a pleasant experience

Louisa made us feel comfortable immediately on entering the store. She was very knowledgeable we used the weird bed thingy which she explained thoroughly and helped us choose the correct bed for us. The manager was also very helpful.
