The assistant Tony was very attentive without resorting to any kind of hard sell. He recommended I used the mattress machine to determine which one I was best suited for which resulted in my choosing a mattress softer than I imagined. He then asked me about my budget requirements and proceeded to show me mattresses in the price range I was happy with, making useful suggestions as we went along

From the moment walked in we were greeted very friendly. Shown all the products too and offered a drink

Felt as though you were taking Covid 19 and cleanliness seriously with plenty of sanitiser and no shop overcrowding. Tony was very friendly, took time to understand what we liked / didn’t like and Was able to explain the products well. Didn’t feel we were overly pressured into making a decision which was great. Nothing worse than a pushy salesman - and he’d have lost the sale if I’d felt I was being bounced into it - but we were well informed and happy to buy on the day without the need to check out the next door competition

Great saleswoman Amanda (colchester store) was very helpful and not pushy at all. I bought 3 beds from her.
