Liam at Colchester was extremely understanding of our requirements, and very professional in the way he showed us the options available. He understood the products specifications.

As soon as we entered the store we were approached by Amanda who throughout our visit was courteous, helpful and professional. We were after a double mattress for our spare bedroom and after questioning us on our requirements she showed us a number of options one of which we bought. In addition the placement and the ordering were done very efficiently. Finally we advised that we maybe shortly looking for a new replacement king sized mattress. She showed us the new test which identifies/profiles the type of mattress that would be best for us And thereafter the options that were available. As and when we do change we will definitely go back to dreams

I was helped by Tony and Louise who were both great listened to my needs in regards to products and price range and also let me use the sleep match machine We were also offered hand sanitiser on arrival and bottles of water as it was so hot

The sales assistant - Amanda, spent plenty of time with me and gave lots of advice and help (including the 'test for the correct type of mattress') to make sure i got the best mattress for me. I was not hurried and felt I had plenty of time to test and make up my mind. Amanda was very professional, helpful and friendly.
