We visited a couple of weeks ago to test out beds and were offered the use of the special bed machine thing to work out what was best for us. Our assistants name was Lauren and she was excellent - we ended up not liking beds that were suggested by the machine so she quickly found us other ones which we absolutely loved. She was friendly and helpful but not pushy, which is exactly what we wanted. We returned yesterday and saw her again, where we just re-tested out the mattress we had selected last time and then purchased

Covid restrictions were clearly instructed by her and we found that it not only kept us safe but also allowed us to experiment enough to find the perfect sofa. Having full functionality of the digital mattress helped speed up the process of the type of firmness we required, so still having this functionality during these times really helped. Lauren after being very patient with myself and my partners requests for half the stock of the shop - gave us time to reflect and wasn’t pushy which made us feel comfortable in our decision.

Liam was amazing he was very helpful and knowledgeable. i have a serious back problem so I needed to get the right mattress he really listened and showed us different types. He also made us feel very safe and the cleanliness was fantastic, which put us at ease during this strange time
