Tony was very helpful in helping to select a mattress and in placing the order. We also changed our mind on the mattress and he quickly sorted it for us

Amanda in the Colchester branch was very friendly and helpful. She seemed to know exactly what I wanted from my purchase and gave me the best options for what I was looking for. The service was quick and efficient and I felt that I had received the best advice possible. I'm very happy with the service and location of the store. I was expecting to have to wait for a few weeks for delivery, instead the delivery was only one week from the order date which I thought was very good. I can't wait to sleep in my new dreams bed with a dreams mattress and pillows.
