I ordered silent night memory foam mattress on line , when I called to find out when delivery was I was told it had been discontinued, the lady apologised and asked me to choose another one and waived the £100 price difference.Also the lady in Colchester store when I visited was so helpful I was liking for pillows ... the ones a I wanted was discontinued.. she went to the warehouse and found me an ex display so I could try . She was so helpful I ordered with her she also informed me about 40 days try.she also told me about £65 extra guarantee which I wasn’t offered on line but would like to do . Thankyou dreams can’t wait for my mattress del to n 20 th August.

The store manager at tollgate, Tony was very helpful and understood our needs of buying a new bed for our little boy. Explained what sort of mattress would be suitable for his age. I would go back to that store and would ask to be severed by him as he was very friendly.

On arrival we was met by a staff member who made us feel welcome and asked us what we were looking for then allowed us time to have a look around but was close enough to answer any questions. Knowledgeable and quick responses. Just a shame it’s a 5 week waiting time for delivery.
