We did have to wait for a while to be seen due to the new covid 19 guidelines but someone always was there to reassure us that someone would be with us ASAP. We had Liam look after us, who was very good. Listened to us and answered all of our questions. Very happy with how we were sold to as it wasn't to pushy and he let us have a real good browse. He helped us get the perfect mattress. We went away for a few days to think about what we were going to go with and went back TO Liam who processed our order quickly and our order is being delivered in 4 days which is great!
