Store manager very friendly. Asked if we required him to wear a mask. Understood our needs for the product. Explained all our options. Wasn't pushy on products Once we answered no thanks. Due to 1 in 1 out policy, asked if it was OK he went and spoke to people waiting. Very competitive prices with other store close by.

Laura at Stanway branch was extremely helpful. She took the time to understand our needs and showed us a variety of products that fitted our needs within different budgets so that we were able to make an informed choice.
