W were greeted by lovely smiley faced Amanda who couldn’t have been more helpful. We actually left the store, then came back and placed our order. We were able to choose our delivery date too which was really helpful.

Tony V at store 019 ( Colchester / Stanway) was brilliant, friendly, safety conscious, knowledgeable and engaging particularly with my 12 year old who the bed is for. Tony made a shopping trip that we were dreading into a pleasant experience.
