After looking in a few more shops for my new bed, finally find it in Dreams, exactly colour and shape I was looking for, and with a good price. Find a very helpful and friendly staff, with a professional approach.

The lady who served us, Amanda, was very friendly, professional and efficient. She guided us through the options available in a manner that made us feel at ease making the whole experience very pleasant. This was the second purchase we have made at Dreams in Colchester and we will continue to use that shop as required. A big thank you to Amanda.

On entry we were greeted by Liam; asked to sanitise hands. Liam had on a mask & gloves. we were shown to the sleep mattress test, where we were given paper to lay on and a pillow with a disposable case. then given the results; then we were shown the type of mattress that the result predicted; we were shown at least 6 different mattresses; we were impressed with the outcome and did purchase a mattress plus a new head board.
