Helpful knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately my wife tripped over in store and bled profusely from cut on nose. Staff immediately came to assistance and provided first aid and bleeding was staunched. All details were noted and accident report compiled in a very efficient manner. This was particularly important in the current pandemic situation.

I was very impressed with the health and safety in place on arrival including the warm welcome I received. The sales assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable and paid attention to our needs during assessment of choosing the right mattress. There was plenty of choice available and I was treated very respectfully. Great service.
