Dreams - Colchester

We wanted to see the item and test out mattresses, so visited the store. We were greeted on arrival by Amanda & asked to sanitize our hands, some PPE was given, along with new Covid safe guidance. Our whole in store experiance was fantastic from arrival. Amanda was a fantastic representative for your company. Not only knowledgeable, but friendly, helpful & made our whole experiance fantastic. In fact, the entire team were very welcoming & went above and beyond to accommodate. Thank you for such a pleasurable I store experiance.

On arrival there was hand sanatizer to use before entering the shop then after entering also hand sanatizer .i recognized the very friendly assistance from several years ago i knew i would get a excellent service. I looked around the show room after laying on a bed wich measured the type of mattress what would suit me best i was shown by the asistant manager the mattresses .i chose one and a base and 2 duck feather pillows wich felt like the best pillows i have ever used. The assistant manager was really helpful can not fault the service . Only issue was due to the corona virus i have to wait 6 weeks for my new bed to arrive 😢 but other than that excellent all round service would recomend Dreams to friends and family
