Impressed with availability of various products, it was very nice experience using aiding technology to help choose the right product

We were the first customers in store since lockdown. We had to change the mattress we bought just before lockdown. The store we were at was in Colchester. Tollgate centre. The lady we dealt with was Amanda and was so helpful. Store was all set up for the 2 metre and all staff up to speed with the new regulations. Thank you Dreamland lovely service lovely staff. Staff were visable but not pushing, we were given clear instructions surrounding covid guidelines in store. Amanda has excellent knowledge of the products and ordering was very quick and easy!
