Very efficient and helpful

There was a warm welcome as we entered the store , we were offered water . As I needed to try out the mattress I was offered a pillow with a disposable pillowcase to make me more comfortable. The manager had knowledge of the different options we tried out so we made an informed decision before we paid. Cameron was the manager at the Potters Bar show room - he was extremely polite and still left us some privacy to make up our minds without putting pressure on us . We would most certainly return for other items .

The staff were excellent, very friendly and had great product knowledge, Although we have to wait a little longer than expected for delivery, still happy to go ahead and purchase from Dreams.
