A pleasant and cheerful experience from start to finish.

The guy that served us was so helpful and pleasant. We were offered water, he tested us for the best mattress and could not do enough to help. All other staff smiled, said hello were very pleasant.

We walked into Dreams Store Potters Bar and had a very friendly face approach us. Her name was Georgina she is one of your sales rep there. She listened to what I was looking for and provided the good, information and discount also which was on offer. It was a fast sale as we simply felt comfortable with Georgina.

Rachael in the Potters Bar Dreams store was fantastic. She showed us the 3 minute sleep sensor which helped us pick the best mattress. We had to wait an hour in the store as we were waiting for my partner so we could video call. Rachael was understanding and didn't rush us and regularly checked if we were ok.

Every one of the staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t get the name of the woman who showed us around (brown hair, 20’s) but she was so helpful and lovely and made the experience as comfortable as be. We visited a few days later and Shelley assisted us with our purchase. She was also very friendly and helpful. As well as the rest of the staff who we were not dealing with directly. 10/10!
