My server Shelley was lovely! The experience was so quick and painless! I have sat on so many mattresses the past week and was losing hope. But the first mattress Shelley showed me was perfect. Easiest decision of my life. All prepped and ready for my move in date. Have already raved about it to anyone who will listen. Thank you much again.

Assistance I received was top-notch. She really took the time to understand my needs. The store was quite quiet as well, which gave us a good amount of time to browse around the different beds and work out what we wanted.

We came to the Potters Bar store with our 2 young kids on Saturday 22nd May to find a mattress for myself and my husband. The staff were incredibly understanding of how hard it is to shop with children and were very accommodating. They were efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We bought a mattress and 2 pillows. The mattress is being delivered on Wednesday which is ideal timing. What I expected to be a very painful experience turned out to be an enjoyable and productive one.

We wer looked after by Georgina in your Potters bar store. She greeted us as we arrived in the door and was a great help and was patient with us while we tried the sleep match machine and then as we tried the different mattresses until we found the one we liked the best. She was great.
