Cameron was very helpful and the whole experience was to our satisfaction.

On entering the store, I was greeted by Shelley as I was scanning the NHS QR code and using the hand-sanitiser provided. Once I had finished, Shelley asked if I needed any assistance and offered me a bottle of water, which I declined as I had my own. I had various critieria already and asked for her help in narrowing down my search. She suggested trying the Sleepmatch, to help me further with my choice. I did the Sleepmatch and along with my own existing list of likes and dislikes and Shelly provided me with a pillow and covering so I could test my shortlist of 7 matresses. My final choice was one that Shelley suggested and not a Sleepmatch one! The store was very clean and tidy, and there were obvious Covid safety practices in place, which the staff and customers were observing. I felt safe. Shelley was friendly, down to earth and professional. She did not rush me and had good product knowledge.

The assistant was very helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. She made us feel comfortable and welcome.

Rachel, at the Potters Bar store was superb. We had not planned to buy that day just to to view was available. I was nervous and depressed as I was the one who needed a motorised bed for a degenerative conditon. She put me at ease. Rachel was very knowledgable answered our questions clearly. She left my husband and I alone when we were making decisios regarding our purchases. The availabilty of bottled water was a nice touch.

The man who served me was fantastic. Very helpful and knowledgable. Didn’t rush me or push me for a decision and helped me pick the right mattress as well as the other bits I needed. He was fantastic!!!

The person we dealt with - I think her name was Shelley - was very helpful, answered all our questions and was very good at showing potential options for our mattress purchase

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. No pressure and were given time to make decision. Really helpful, lots of choice.
