Dreams - Potters Bar

During these difficult times, it was nice to see a friendly, helpful and energetic person. Rachel took her time with us and we were never pressured into anything we didn't want. We tried one bed and said no, immediately Rachel took us to the next mattress. We were impressed with the sleep technology which was the first thing we did. Brilliant experience.

Cameron was highly knowledgeable about the products, and went out of his way to show us the size of boxes so that we’d know whether we could store the bed. He then made us aware of the option not to set a delivery date, which was perfect for us, and reassured us every step of the way. Rachael was also very friendly and helpful, and took us step by step through the process of buying the bed.

We were helped by Rachael and Cam at the Potters Bar branch. Rachael greeted us immediately. Her product knowledge was impressive and was very friendly. Cam was also nearby to assist and support with technical questions. We enjoyed their opinions and appreciate the no pressure approach. We would like to also mention after visiting 2 other Dreams stores, the Potters bar store was the only store where the Osaka/Tokyo beds were in full working order. Even though we live in South-East London, we travelled returned to Potters bar to order our bed. We are pleased with our purchase and can't wait for delivery.

Cameron was extremely helpful. He listened carefully to what we required, and let us test the mattress. He was very knowledgeable and a credit to your store. We all walked away with a big smile, which was due to his customer service skills.

The staff were very friendly and I was surprised with how well the mattress selecting machine worked - I had thought it was a gimmick but it directed us to a wonderful mattress. I was pleased you were able to price match the manufacturers discount, it meant we could buy it from you which I preferred after all the help rather than buying online.

The team at the Potters Bar store were very friendly and accommodating especially Shelley who assisted us during our visit. Very professional and understanding to ensure COVID safety rules were applied and carried out within guidelines. We felt comfortable to browse around the store with ease.

We were greeted upon arrival and shown to the device that recommended the best type of mattress. We were then shown around 7 different types based upon the outcome of the findings. The sales assistant ( Cameron) was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy as some sales people can come across.

The assistant was excellent, very knowledgeable and took time to assist us . All social distancing etc adhered to. Good product selection too

The assistant was very friendly and welcomed me as I entered store. I was given opportunity to use the Mattress which helps you choose correct mattress for you. After this I was shown various products and was able to choose a mattress which fitted the outcome from the Sleep Matters machine!! I was lucky to take up the special offer which I was delighted with.
